Eg : If player A hasn’t received any love-confessions, and player B received 4 love-confessions; player A will be under Small Blessing of Valentine and player B will be under Blessing of Valentine.
Note - If a player who had 3 confessions receives another one, his Small Blessing of Valentine buff will disappear and be replaced by a Blessing of Valentine buff.
Important : A player can make a maximum of 3 successful love-confessions per day. More than that is...well, that's not love; that's just greedy.
4) Refusing a love confession
If a player has his/her love-confession refused, then they will be under the 'Sobbing' buff; which causes them to break out in tears for a minute.
5) End of Event
The following items will be deleted from players' inventories and warehouses when the event ends :

Let's take a look at the chilly Winter Events that we will have.
Between December 15th and January 13th we have four fantastic wintry events to enjoy.
A lot of people are getting socks this Christmas, unfortunately Santa has lost his socks! When you are out adventuring, monsters will have a chance to drop "Colorful Socks." Collect 10 Socks and bring them to Santa for a present!
Santa seems to have a shortage of elves and needs your help! Once a day you can visit Santa and quest! Help Santa out and get a BIG Christmas Gift!
BRRRRR what's cooler then a snowman? How about an angry Snowman Raid! This special raid has a chance to get you the seasonal Santa Bushtail!
That's not all! Collect the letters HAPPY NEW YEAR from monsters and turn them into Eril Counter and get the special "Happy New Year Golden Box" stuffed full of great items to start your new year!~ |

In the beginning, all the adventurers loved V. because he/she gave them nice expensive items for free. However, because of V., there was a lot of chaos in Milano recently; so everybody started to be suspicious. Now, just when new threats are looming on the horizon, V's started something again!
He/she's bought up all Mysterious Boxes and Treasure Boxes and is now reselling them at very cheap prices. Everyone is confused by this; what is he/she upto?
Lopello's men were embarrassed by V. earlier, and now they are working day and night to discover V's identity. Whoever it is, they don't have long.....
Yes, soon V. will be revealed to the world...until then, however, don't miss this opportunity! It might be a mistake by V, but make use of it!

Please note, if you use a Halloween costume scroll to dress up as a monster before talking to the NPC, they will have a 100% chance to get the candy packet. When you get 5 candy packets, you can trade them to Hamakung Steward [Brookhild Square] in exchange for a Halloween Gift Box; which contain many items, including the Seal of Jack'O'Lantern.

When you double-click the Halloween costume scroll (available both as an event reward and in Nosmall), you will be randomly transformed into one of the following monsters :

Patrisha, Lumber Yak, Pinch Torturer, Wheel Torturer, Iron Torturer
1 scroll is used per transformation. If you have only 1 scroll, your transformations will end when you die, change channels or re-log into the game. However, if you have more than 2 scrolls, you can end the transformation and return to normal by double-clicking the scroll again; the scroll will not be used up if this is done. Please remember, your transformation will end if you travel to Frozen Crown.
More details :
- When players are disguised as monsters, their nosmates are invisible.
- A player who's transformed into a specialist cannot dress up as a monster.
- While players are dressed up as monsters, they can attack, move and use skills just like they would normally. (certain skill actions might not be shown properly, however)
- Players dressed up as monsters can only use recovery items.
- If a player who's disguised as a monster joins a Jack'O'Lantern raid, their attack/defence powers will increase.
- Also, players under the effect of the scroll will receive the Trick or Treat candy packet from NPCs at 100% probability.

Seal of Jack'O'Lantern
The Halloween Gift Box can be obtained from Hamakung Steward in exchange for 5 Trick or Treat candy packets. Hamakung Steward can be found to in the southern part of Brookhild Square.
A player who is above level 20 can start this event by selecting that option. Once that option is selected, a player has a chance of receiving a Halloween candy packet. A player can only Trick or Treat each NPC once per day, for a total of 8 possible Trick or Treats per day.
Jack'O'Lantern Raid
For the duration of the event period, there will be a portal in the northwestern part of Milano Village. Players can use the Seal of Jack'O'Lantern to enter the Jack'O'Lantern Raid through that portal. When the leader enters the raid, the others will follow him automatically.
There are 2 maps in the raid. In the Adventure map, players have to activate a level in order to open the portal to the Boss map. Once they enter the Boss map, they will have to defeat Jack'O'Lantern himself.
But Jack won't be alone; he summons evil Halloween Toris to defend him, and destructive Pumpkin bombs to explode near the raid party! If you manage to survive those attacks and defeat Jack'O'Lantern, you will receive the Jack'O'Lantern treasure box; which can contains Halloween costume scrolls, Halloween sign posts, Trick or Treat candy packets or even a Bead of Pumpkin Bushtail.

Additional information
All event items except the Halloween sign posts and the Pumpkin Bushtail Beads will be deleted once the event ends, Halloween costume scrolls and Beads of Pumpkin Bushtail will be available in Nosmall both during and after the event.
Players can now put up their sign posts in Brookhild Square and Brookhild Commercial District as well as Milano Village. The sign posts will not be deleted once the event ends.

Tomorrow is U-day, and for Nostale we're giving away 1 30 day costume set(Timed Clothes and Hair)
All you have to do is post a screenshot of you in your favorite place in Nostale from now until tomorrow at midnight.
The prize will be 3,000 UFOs for all entries.
All characters in the screenshot must be over level 20 to qualify.
1 award of 3000 UFOs per account.
UFO prize will be injected on Thursday until Friday of this week.
You aren't required to use the UFOs on costumes and can use them on items of equal or lesser value.

What: U-Day Diplomacy
Where: Area of Private Shops (Channel 2)
When: August 27th, Thursday at 4:00 PM
How: Despite the name of the event, this event is not a U-Day event. But the winners can potentially win up to 100K ufos in time for next month's U-Day.
All players will go to the Area of Private shops and will be divided by the GM into groups of 3 or 4. Each team will be given an HP potion and an MP potion to start off with. One member will need to be named the Shopkeeper and one member will have to be the Diplomat.
The way the game works is simple: When the GM tells the teams to set up a shop, if all the team's Shopkeepers sets up a shop with an HP potion, everyone wins 1,000 UFOs! But if every team sets up a shop with an HP Potion except for one team who sets up with an MP Potion, that one team will win 100,000 UFOs and everyone else will get nothing.
If more than one group sets up a shop with an MP Potion then nobody gets anything. |

Contrary to popular belief...
Math actually CAN be fun! Well, especially when you're being given prizes. 
Here's how this event will work:
There will be a bunch of shops in the Southern part of the Area of Private Shops, named "0 ~ 9 X", "10 ~ 19 1X", "20 ~ 29 2X", etc.
The GM will ask you a simple math problem, you will then look into the shop that has the range of numbers for the number you want. (i.e.: Let's say the GM asked you, 72/3 = X? You would then look into the shop called "20 ~ 29 2X" to find the item that corresponds with 24.)
When you look in the shop, you'll notice that items are placed somewhat like a cellphone touchpad.
Look for the item that corresponds to the number you want, in this example, the number 24 would be the Rice-Cake Soup in the middle lefthand side (the number 26 would be the Fried Chicken, and the number 20 would be the Battle Potion).
You then have to go out and find that item to bring to the GM, you can't purchase it from the shop because it will be set at maximum cost (don't worry! We'll make all the items things you can purchase from various NPCs for under 1k gold).
So in recap, if the GM asked you what's 9+17=?, first you calculate the answer, 26, then you find the shop label "20 ~ 29" and then you would trade him a fried chicken if the shop looked like the one above. MAKE SURE you have the right item before you trade though! If you begin to trade the GM the wrong item, he won't accept and you can't trade him again until the next round.
Perfect Score 10/10 questions correct = 30,000 UFOs!
Passing Score 7+/10 questions correct = 10,000 UFOs!
The event isn't super simple, but if you use your head, you could be swimming in UFOs! |
